1. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. During high-demand periods, processing may take up to 3 business days. Tracking information will be emailed once your order is dispatched.
2. Domestic Shipping
We ship to all U.S. states where ammunition is legal. Some states (e.g., California, New York, Illinois, Connecticut, and New Jersey) require additional documents or FFL transfer—please be prepared to submit these upon request.
3. International Shipping
We also ship select products to eligible European countries. It is your responsibility to ensure the legality of ammunition imports in your country. Additional duties, VAT, or customs fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
4. No FFL Certificate Required
We can ship ammunition without an FFL in states and countries where it is legally allowed to be delivered directly to the customer.
5. Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to the following areas:

🔄 Returns Policy
1. All Ammo Sales Are Final
Due to safety concerns and federal regulations, we do not accept returns or exchanges on ammunition. Please ensure you are ordering the correct calibers and quantities.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll replace the item or offer a refund where appropriate.
3. Lost or Stolen Packages
DailyAmmoDepot.com is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. Please contact the shipping provider directly to initiate a claim.
4. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement if they haven’t been processed. After that, all sales are final.
